Monday-Friday: 3pm-8pm

Saturday-Sunday: 10am-5pm

Members have 24/7 access!

Do I need to make a reservation, or can I walk in?

Reservations are suggested, but walk-ins are accepted.

Do you offer group discounts or specials for team practices?

Do you provide bats and helmets, or do I need to bring my own?

We do offer a selection of equipment that you can use in the cage.

Can I adjust the speed of the pitching machines?

Yes! Our tunnels are equipped with Hack Attack machines that throw real baseballs! Capable of throwing from full distance anywhere from 35mph up to 100mph, with right handed and left handed breaking balls.

are there tunnels for softball players?

Yes! It is a core value of VELO to make our facility equally accessible to both softball and baseball players. Both sports have HitTrax equipped hitting tunnels and Rapsodo equipped pitching lanes.

Can I bring outside food and drinks?

Drinks are allowable outside of the cage. No food is allowed in the cage.

Can I rent the facility for a private event or party?

Yes! Use the Contact Form to submit your private event request.

How many baseballs/softballs does the machine hold?

The baseball feeder holds 130 baseballs, the softball feeder holds 75.

can i invite someone out to use a tunnel with me?

This depends on the type of reservation. Pay As You Go customers that pay drop in rates can share tunnels for the rented time without restriction. Members can invite friends or teammates to share the lane during business hours for 50% off the normal lane fee during business hours only. Non-members are not allowed in the building outside normal business hours.
